Very disappointed to spend money...

Liked: Location
Disliked: I asked twice to please mop our floors. When we arrived on Thursday it was almost 11pm. We went straight to bed got up to notice the floors were filthy and sticky. There was a breath mint and a used tissue on the floor. The lady at the front seat said she will do a deep clean. The floor were never touched . We was gone all day Friday . Saturday asked again was told they would be cleaned. Returned Saturday night to dirty floors yet again. Checked out on Sunday toldThe same lady the floors were never cleaned. All I got was I am sorry. So I paid to stay In a dirty room. And I placed shoes so I would know if the floors were cleaned they never moved! Very disappointing! To pay that much money and not have a clean room. And the mint was in plain sight! Do better!
