Liked: It was a convenient place to stay over for my project work on nearby. The staff was nice.
Disliked: Very noisy place, because of the nearby road, very mouldy bathroom, not many facilities.

Hotel has issues and potential

Liked: The price and location. Asked for a quiet room and got one. The metro to any place in the city is steps away.
Disliked: The day person could use some customer service training. Every question seemed like he was irritated and didn't want to help. The hotel is located in a coffee and breakfast desert. If you wake up early it is really a big issue. The hotel serves coffee at 8am which is late for me.
