Hotel Isa

Very good

Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. The Hotel Isa was very clean and well designed. Good local restaurants very near buy with reasonable prices. Breakfast is good and the bar has lovely views out to the Vatican. The hotel is just out of the centre, about a five or so minute walk into the central area. I preferred this, as I went in Easter and there were a lot of tourists and visitors for the funeral of Pope Francis. Shuttle bus to the airport goes from a few minutes away and saves having to go to get to the very busy train station.
Disliked: Some signs of wear and tear in the room, but not in anyway enough to cause a problem.

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here in the future.
Disliked: It would have been better if a restaurant was on the property. If I’m not out enjoying the city it would have been nice to just stay in the hotel and have access to a hotel restaurant.

Rome - Incredible. Hotel Isa...

Liked: location was ideal for seeing everything. Most were within walking distance.
Disliked: We arrived early evening, went out for a bite to eat and thought we’d come back to the roof top bar for a few hours as we were told upon check in it was open until 11:30pm. Only to find out it had closed at 10pm. The hot tub bath in our room was very unstable. It rocked left to right, so much so we decided not to use it. The jets in the shower room weren’t actually jets they were decorative. A lot of money paid for this room!!! Our room was situated underneath the roof terrace so every morning we were woken by people dragging chairs or tables along the floor.
