For what we paid it...

Liked: The spa tub is awesome
Disliked: Could have been more up to date, the drywall repairs looked like they were done by a toddler

Worst hotel experience in many...

Liked: The single advantage is that the hotel is not too far from the congress center, just across the road. But you better spend your money elsewhere.
Disliked: I had a full week at this hotel and unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. Out of the seven days, there was no hot water on two occasions, including the very first morning. The rooms are quite outdated and clumsy, and they can be very noisy due to the thin walls. The door had a big gap that allowed air and noise to pass through, making it even more uncomfortable. I could hear my neighbors' activities clearly, including their dog barking every time someone knocked on their door. This was particularly bothersome as they seemed to be awake all night.The young staff at the front desk are polite and friendly but were unable to assist with any of the issues I encountered. On the last day, an older man who seemed to act like the owner refused to provide an invoice for my payment, insisting that Booking should handle it. This was incorrect, and despite following up, I never received the invoice.In short, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel, especially if you need a hotel invoice for company reimbursement!
