Liked: Amazing staff at check in and check out. Very good breakfast . Great location !
Disliked: One thing that was a bit annoying is that I could hear people in the court yard having drinks with window closed and then the furo being dragged by the staff in the evening

Liked: It was a nice property. Good for a one night or longer stay in Verona.We had a room on the courtyard, so nice and quiet.Good facilities and easy to reach when entering Verona.
Disliked: The bathroom on first glance was good and modern. But there bits of tile missing and de doorpost didn’t connect well with the wall.Would be good if the windows could be put in tilting position, so at night you can get some fresh air and wouldn’t have to rely on air conditioning

Liked: Very nice hotel with beautifully designed rooms and lobby area. There is a lovely bar as well. The room had a spacious terrace.
Disliked: The shower was tiny. You can barely move in it. Other than that everything was great.

Liked: We only booked One-Bedroom King Suite with Sofa Bed and Living Area as this was all that was available for our dates and it was spacious, but expensive. Hotel has mostly good decor and is in good condition. Location works very well too. Room 115 quiet and big. Staff are super friendly. Nice quiet and effective aircon.
Disliked: Lighting in the bathroom dull, but adequate, which makes it difficult to apply make up. Buffet Breakfast very varied, but the cooked items were too cold. No freshly cooked items.

Liked: This was our third time at this hotel. The location is very good, close to the Arena and restaurants. If you drive, there is a parking garage near by, easy to get in and out. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help and make your stay unforgettable. The breakfast choices were much improved since two years ago when we were here. We will be back.
Disliked: The premier room shower was a little too small .
