Hotel Indigo San Antonio Riverwalk

Exceptional

It is in a wonderful...

Liked: It is in a wonderful location. A quiet part of the river with access to the walking path so easy to get around along the river.
Disliked: Only valet parking with some parking off street. It was dated and is under construction in some parts but the Hotel Indigo chain had been more upscale. This hotel had amenities that were good but the appearance was outdated. Additionally there was an outer door that faced the street that was found fully open when we returned from dinner. This does not present a sense of safety if anyone off the street can access the hotel.

Superb

Disappointing.

Liked: I was very disappointed by the hotel. The hotel it self seemed to by under some sort of update. The pictures of the hotel and the hotel itself were very misleading. Paired with the price point of the hotel it was not worth anywhere near what I paid. On top of that parking was an additional $50-$65 a night which was not communicated until arrival.
Disliked: The room seemed picked up but was not very “clean” if that makes sense. The window which faced another building was extremely dirty and essentially gave a great view of the building next to us and the room of the first floor. The room also smelled just unclean.

Great stay!

Liked: The staff provided excellent service, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: A sofa would be a preferable addition to the room, rather than a single chair.

Liked: The manager Ruben really did a great job of making sure everything was amazing!
Disliked: Leaving to go home.
