Disliked: Tiny room, ridiculously overpriced with a bathroom that was impossible to accommodate two people

Liked: This was our third stay at the hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed the location and delicious breakfast in their beautiful courtyard. The service was excellent and this time we had a chance to have dinner in their restaurant and it was equally excellent. We will return again.

I would stay again.

Liked: Hotel, staff, breakfast, room, cleaning staff are were friendly and ready to help. The lead chef for breakfast did a superb job at accommodating our gluten free needs with the best chocolate filled croissant (GF) ever!
Disliked: Location was good, however outside the hotel the city street was being torn up by the city with a truck load of gravel/rock in front of the hotel entrance. I know, by no fault of the Hotel, fair enough. Surely I would stay again regardless of the street being torn up.

Met expectations.

Liked: A restful haven in a busy and noisy city!Very appreciative that the staffs' command of English enabled them to answer more complex questions than just "Which way do I go to get to the Vatican?"!!!!

Liked: Front desk were very nice
Disliked: the communication was the worst I every experienced. - I could not email or call. book.com - Was horrible! They make it impossible to contact the hotel directly. They don’t give you any easy way to communicate would never use them again

Superb

Liked: The staff were so helpful and friendly everyday could not have been better. The breakfast and courtyard were very good. I will use again if we visit and have recommended to friends and family if they plan to visit Rome.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Great staff, lovely room. Location ideal
Disliked: No info that the pool was closed when booking through booking.com

Superb

Liked: A lovely little hotel in the middle of Rome. The room was nice and the breakfast was amazing, definitely something to try!
Disliked: I couldn’t find a “do not disturb” sign in my room
