Considering the high hotel price,...
Liked: "The cleanliness and amenities were commendable."
Disliked: As customers from Canada, our priority is convenience and comfort. We booked breakfast with the intention of relaxing and not having to venture outside for food. However, the food options provided were inadequate, leaving us feeling dissatisfied. In comparison to other establishments, the value for money here is lacking. Regrettably, this was the wrong choice for us.""No open buffet. Price includes breakfast, however, arrangements were not made. Service was excessively slow."

It was a fabulous time....
Liked: I liked how close it was to downtown area and how they have their own parking.
Disliked: I wish the parking was bigger. My car barely fit in one single spot

Good hotel!! Crappy parking
Liked: Location was good and hotel was nice and had a good restaurant and snack shop on site
Disliked: Parking. Hotel has a smaller lot attached and it got really full the second night. People parked in non spot and I could barely get my car out next morning. They also neglected to tell me that it was 22+tax a night to park which was about 30 bucks per night. When checking out I had to pay 60 dollars for parking

Bad Experience
Liked: Breakfast was good, and a lot for one person. The Parking facility was excellent, nice to have the safe and private parking in a convenient location.
Disliked: The Air handling system of the HVAC unit was extremely loud, even after repeated complain and fake promise from the staff it wasn't fixed. had two sleepless nights. Interesting thing is, all the front desk employees were friendly and they promised to fix my issues but never did. I stayed for four days, I had to make repeated requests for making up the room. The night of December 8th I had to literally stand at the front desk to beg for sending someone to make the room after consecutive 3 requests and fake promises.
