Liked: Very clean, beautiful property. Had the room with a balcony and it was beautiful. Will definitely stay again!

Liked: Breakfast was good and what I would have expected based on previous stays at Hotel. Indigo. Nothing over the top but perfect for the start of the day. The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit of the Pier.
Disliked: The rooftop bar has amazing views but totally misses the mark. The location is a diamond in the rough and should be a beautiful inviting spot to hang out but instead was bare bones with little ambience and does not take advantage of the rooftop, open , space, view. We went to the bar after a concert on the pier but unfortunately we were kicked out due to a private party which was to start at 11pm; Strange but at least our drinks were comped.

Disliked: Overcharged me and failed to explain extra charge to my credit card. Have had to raise a dispute with Amex. Still trying to get an explanation of additional $304.50 charge.

Disliked: Didn’t like the room service menu being in the lobby, cigarette smoke coming from a room on my floor or floor beneath. Dead zine for cellular data device kept disconnecting from provided wifi

Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience due to a serious maintenance issue. Around 4:00 a.m., a water leak started from the ceiling directly above my room, causing constant dripping and noise that made it impossible to sleep.I reported the issue immediately to the front desk and spoke with a staff member named Andre. He was polite and said he would contact the on-call manager. However, by 5:15 a.m., no one had reached out to us and the issue was still unresolved.The lack of timely support and the inability to sleep due to the leak made the stay very uncomfortable. I expected better responsiveness and room conditions from a hotel of this standard. I have also contacted management to request compensation for the inconvenience.I hope the hotel addresses this issue promptly so future guests don’t have the same experience.
