Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: The room was really small, it was not kept up well, the sheets were really rough, there was coffee but no coffee maker, ac didn't cool down the room well.

Everything was good.

Liked: Great hotel location. Amazing view from the window. In the evening, you can enjoy the rooftop bar, where the view and atmosphere are wonderful. Good breakfast from the menu. Close to the park where cruises to the Statue of Liberty depart. A grocery store is just across the street.
Disliked: There are very few tables in the bar where breakfast is served in the morning. You have to wait in line for a free table. Coffee is only available black or with milk; there is an extra charge for other types of coffee. The young lady working in the bar in the morning is not very friendly (my personal feeling). An additional fee, not mentioned on booking.com, is charged. Although it is refundable if you don't damage the room, there should be information about it on the booking website.

Liked: A very clean and bright hotel with friendly staff, a good location with a range of amenities and attractions within easy reach.
Disliked: Impossible to cast netflix due to a broken link in the sign in routine. Please just have Netflix etc on the smart TV and allow customers to sign in to their own account.
