Avoid BMO Stadium.

Liked: Room was OK, not super clean.
Disliked: Restaurant food; facility fee when they didn’t even have my room ready on time to use anything. I arrived at 5pm, well after the check in time. Several things in my room not working - lights, coffee maker; shower water pressure low.

Elegant hotel in downtown LA. Nice selection of food options but also plenty of options outside of hotel. Room was really nice. Very comfortable.

First stay was great, after...

Liked: We come to La frequently and choose this location since it’s in the middle of where we go for business , is safe, and the parking is secure.
Disliked: The lower level rooms are significantly more used. The AC unit sounds like a dying frog but we had no choice but to keep it on since it was hot. The shower also had an unsettling noise of its own and never got hot. We had to be up at 6am both days and regretted staying here again. Additionally , it cost another $50 to bring a larger car (didn’t see that mentioned anywhere)

Liked: Being downtown No good place to dine out, unless you pay for parking every time.
Disliked: parking should be told when booking that it's going to cost 50 Fifty plus dollars a Day to park.. So I got PISSED OFF ABOUT THAT. SO WE WENT TO CHECK OUT, After the first night

not worth your money

Disliked: rude concierge, unclean coffee machine, stained couch.It didn't feel like a pricey hotel and I felt very unsafe at the hotel.the couch was falling apart. don't go here with family. in room dining was also bad... and staff argued early checkout even when I told them I was ready to pay late checkout fee for a 12pm checkout. they kept telling they are full when I was vacating 1 day early and raised voice at the front desk.Worst hotel ever

Liked: room was sufficient, water pressure good, food good
Disliked: no buffet breakfast, everything cost $$$ parking was over $50, every time we had breakfast, bill was over $100; prepare to pay $200 hotel amenities upon arrival

Modern and comfy hotel in...

Liked: The hotel is amazing, comfy and clean, modern. The view from 15th floor - amazing. Comfy beds, everyday cleaning, highly recommend. Good communication to different parts of the city (buses and metro nearby)

Good Location, but need to...

Liked: The Location is excellent, near the convention center, easy access to I10 highway,
Disliked: Furniture & ameneties needs to be renewewd, there all sots of noises in the room from the sound of flushing toilets to scratching & diggings. after a long flight could not sleep becasue of th noises. had to cahnge the room.Parking is very expensive, it should be complimentary for the guests, or at least priced specially for guests.They charge Extras for delivery when you order room service.No slippers, No stationary for the guests.
