Good location for our needs....

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally small. Nowhere to put suitcases to look through other than the bedQuite noisy with other guests during the nightI’ve stayed at hotel indigo before and like that they are unique, this felt cramped, no restaurant which is normally very good. The communal areas were untidy but the bedroom was clean

Paddington Bear via Heathrow

Liked: Location,. Close to Hyde park and Paddington station. Very easy to get to Heathrow - 20 mins journey! Very much enjoyed visiting the serpentine gallery!
Disliked: The prices of some of the restaurants nearby.

Great location for quality price

Liked: The early check-in was appreciated as I had just arrived from an international flight. The location is great. The front desk staff is great.
Disliked: The housekeeper that came two days in a row to ask me if I needed anything while I was resting.

Liked: Great location and the check in/out staff were friendly. Room is equipped well and shower pressure was great.
Disliked: Renovation work was going on on the same floor but wasn't segregated - we opened the lift to be greeted by a bag of plasterboard. Another time people were walking around with materials and on checkout our way was blocked by a ladder and someone working on dangling wiring. Rooms are very small, only really good for overnight stays.Pillows had a weird smell, requested replacement albeit it late but then never came.
