Hotel Indigo London-Paddington

Great location and nice clean...

Liked: Great location, team went out of their way to help us out, good food at the restaurant in the ground floor.
Disliked: Of the 8 day stay, on day 1 we were accomodated in the basement due to overbooking but made up in the balance 7 days.

Disliked: Mix up on booking in , arrived 20mins before original rooms were ready ( had booked standard double) at cost of £770 for 2 nights , on returning later at 5pm we were told hotel was over booked and could have basement rooms and free meal for inconvenience, I had booked theses rooms ibacj in November , so was not happy , then was given rooms on 4th floor TINY .. no opening widows and air con very poor was like a oven

Disliked: Bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally small. Nowhere to put suitcases to look through other than the bedQuite noisy with other guests during the nightI’ve stayed at hotel indigo before and like that they are unique, this felt cramped, no restaurant which is normally very good. The communal areas were untidy but the bedroom was clean
