great location. Quiet , despite...

Liked: able to check in as soon as we came in from train journey - at 12.00 as all 3 rooms I has reserved were ready- welcoming reception staff- lovely staff in roof bar
Disliked: ideal if there were a toilet on the ground floor

We always stay here and...

Liked: This hotel is in an excellent location right in Leicester Square, convenient to china town soho theatres and major tourist areas Breakfast is superb in the best setting in London With fabulous views of the London skyline

Disappointing

Liked: The location was perfect, hospitality staff pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: We were allocated a box room with no windows at all. For nearly £300 per night the rooms could be better. They are small. The tap on sink was long and close to the was basin you had to use a cup to fill the kettle. There was no hot water , we had to have cold showers for 2 days The cleaners made the bed, changed the towels but didn't touch the floor.

Liked: Overall the hotel is decent. Our room was small but nice. It is definitely a central location.
Disliked: Due to the fact that there's no ventilation the room always smells like sitting water.Breakfast is at the roof top on the ninth floor and you can wait up to 10 minutes for the elevator to arrive cause there are just 2 and they're always busy.There's no lobby, just the rooftop.We found the location to be too loud. Unless you're there for casinos and clubs you'd be better off in a different location than Leicester square.

Wouldn't go back

Liked: The staff were helpful. The hotel is centrally located so it's easy to walk to a lot of nice places
Disliked: The room was puny and the bed was not very comfortable - cheap and too firm. You can also hear music from local clubs to the wee hours.The bar/restaurant on the top floor has potential but the bar tender didn't know what he was doing and the vibe is off.
