Very good

Liked: Rooftop bar is lovely, but a little pricy & bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Small shower head was broken. As a woman, I didn't want to get my hair wet during my stay, so using the ceiling head wasn't an option, and I had to use the small one. The shower head itself wouldn't stay on the piping and had to cling on to it to wash my body. I never said anything to reception about it, but it was grand did the job I made it work. But at the same time it should be replaced the threads are obviously gone in the pipe / shower head. Room 207.

Location made up for shortcomings

Liked: Absolutely great location walking distance to everything and underground right by
Disliked: The rooms were lovely we had balcony with great views. Could not use the roof top bar and restaurant two afternoons and nights of our stay due to private function which was very disappointing considering it was main reason we booked this hotel and the don’t have any other bar or restaurant plenty near by but for the price of the rooms not a great service the other let down where the lifts very slow average wait 5 minutes. After saying all that I probably would stay again for the location again.

Disliked: We specifically booked a room with outside space. When we checked in they said it was not available. I complained and they never even dared replying to us.

Exceptional

Liked: Great experience from the minute walked in, I arrived early on the off chance of the room being available and it was. Great service from the guy at the desk who I believe was training someone at the same time (he was professional throughout the process). The bar staff were knowledgeable and accommodated any needs, views from the restaurant and bar area are well worth the stay alone. The room was perfect had everything you could need and as was spotless. I will be staying again, so much so I’m looking to book it for next week
