Liked: Amazing terrace with city view, spotless room, quiet and confort ensured

Was ok but…

Liked: It was alright, perfect location, and the view wasn’t too bad, the rooftop was nice, the room was good
Disliked: The lights in the rooms was so confusing to turn one on and off, was annoying me at some point. What annoyed me the most was the air conditioning, we had it in 16C and automatically change it to 25C, I had to wake up twice to change it every time. The decoration in the rooftop wasn’t the same as the pictures, there’s not plants there, and I also expected more stuff in the breakfast buffet. And the lift!!! Omg it takes ages to get up and down.

Liked: Great rooms and view. Love the rooftop bar too and our room was also upgraded which was a nice touch!
Disliked: No orange juice at breakfast despite running out the day prior. For the price, it would have been great to have selection of juices. Coffee machine self service was different but great to self serve when you want another.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, the bed was very supportive just as we like it, and all the toiletries were provided. The rooftop bar provides fantastic views of the London skyline at night, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: My only negative is that there's only one coffee machine which is a bit slow at breakfast time, which means you need to keep an eye on when its free, but if you are not in a hurry, its not a problem.
