Ok ok stay, have had...

Liked: Excellent location, clean rooms, but extremely small room. The queen bed took over all the room space. Bathroom was nice and much larger compared to the small room. Limited space to open luggage. Pakistani staff at the counter but were courteous. Breakfast at rooftop was with stunning views

Breakfast with a view

Liked: Perfect location in the buzzling Leicester square, but not noisy all the same since the building is tall and the windows well insulated.Good that breakfast dishes from a menu could be ordered at the table. Great views from the breakfast room on the 9th floor. Very good and service-minded house-keeping.
Disliked: The beds were not the best quality; hard and only queen size width even though it was a premium room.

Ideal place to stay in...

Liked: Location and Cleanliness was great and Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Alot of outside traffic into hotel to go to rooftop terrace meant waiting some time for lifts to arrive but it wouldn't deter us from staying here again

A little disappointed could be...

Liked: Location and rooftop bar
Disliked: Booked a Premium Queens room, given initially a very small room which according to the photos was nothing like what we expected. Also mentioned that it may have a balcony. We were advised that none of these rooms had a balcony. Had to ask for a larger room, once we moved, it was exactly as expected less the balcony. Found the room ok, a few little mentions, poor pressure on the shower and floor was sticky. I wouldn’t bother with the breakfast worst hotel breakfast I have ever had. My rating 5/10
