They moved us to a...

Disliked: They moved us to a different hotel without notice until we got there. Got moved to a lesser room that wasn’t at all what we paid for with hardly any apology or compensation for the change.

Very disappointed with the hotel....

Liked: Got to the hotel only to be told there was no room so had to be moved to there sister hotel which I declined.

A very clean and comfortable...

Liked: Location of the hotel was excellent and within walking distance of all the attractions & theatres. The room was very clean and well equipped with a superb view of the London skyline. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of different options. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything
