Great Glasgow Stay

Liked: The staff were exceptional. Particularly Ivana who made my children feel at home immediately and made a big fuss of my youngest as it was her birthday. Loved the building and the location as well. The breakfast was wonderful and I loved the mix of hot and cold options with no supplementary costs in sight! My daughters in particular loved the pancake maker.
Disliked: With all the above excellence I am sure it would not take much to improve the standard of the coffee either at breakfast or in the room. The breakfast aside from the coffee was outstanding and this is just a small quibble but perhaps something you can address to take it next level!

Absolutely fantastic, no real problems...

Liked: The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely at every point. there were plenty of towels. The room was clean and fresh.
Disliked: There was a single towel that had a black, hard, plasticky substance on it. Possibly nail polish or something. It had obviously been washed but not come out. It didn’t bother us as there was plenty more towels but if I had to say there was an issue, it would be that. The only other thing I would say is that the Televison, even though it was a Smart TV, only had broadcasted televison. No DVD player, no Netflix apps, nothing. It made entertainment on the downtime quite difficult. Next time I’ll bring a Firestick.

Liked: The rooms were super comfortable and silent, great to have a good night sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for something.
Disliked: The breakfast food was not fantastic (eggs lacking seasoning and over or under cooked) and the continental breakfast doesn't have a lot of options.
