Nice place; we would come back if they got the stuff fixed.

Liked: Close to the venue; rooms were good; close to people mover.
Disliked: A/C quit working - had to move us to another room; coffee maker didn't work; some buzzer kept going off all night long.

Liked: Only a 5 minute walk from the Fillmore. Great service, with the valet service being exceptionally helpful at the front. I attend the Fillmore often and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Nice clean room with a delicious complimentary breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In particular, we appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff, the clean room, and the wonderful shuttle service - they dropped us off and picked us up wherever we wanted within a 5km radius of the hotel. We were unsure which parts of town were safe at night, so this shuttle service made us feel free to get out and explore. Detroit was a pleasant surprise, actually.

Liked: Staff were excellent; provided shuttle service was amazing; attached restaurant was good.
Disliked: No hot tub; wifi was sketchy in our room.
