The location is great but...

Disliked: The service at this hotel wasn’t great, no real acknowledgement of you as a paying guest, more of an inconvenience. The bar is situated right next to reception yet members of staff refused to be pragmatic and get you a drink, whilst reception failed to make you feel welcome, no clear direction to the room or any additional information related to your stay.

A great stay

Liked: The staff are welcoming and polite. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Highly recommended.
Disliked: If there's a negative, it would be no parking facilities. But then other hotels in the centre may have the same problem.

Beautiful hotel great Central location

A great place to stay

Liked: Stylishly decorated and a very comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful and friendly. Location is great: next to a beautiful park and a very short walk to the historic centre of Chester.
