Very disappointed for a special...

Liked: Location was fab. Smells lovely as you walk in.
Disliked: No one on reception. Had to wait and knock on door. Room was not worth the money. Very tired and shabby for the price we paid. No towels or cloths to wipe water off outdoor balcony furniture. RoomNeeds updating and painting. Not by any means a 4*

Liked: Location
Disliked: Dated room and furniture.Horrific smelling and over strong air freshers usedKing size room was just two singles pushed together, so dropped in between.Breakfast was served using the worst cheapest sausages, thin tasteless black pudding, served only half a mushroom, no option for toast.

Exceptional

Disappointing and definitely not ‘Superior’...

Liked: The room was a good size, although awkwardly shaped. The hotel has access to a good restaurant.
Disliked: We booked a Superior King Room, which sadly did not meet our expectations. The room, which once was probably nice, is now tired and in desperate need of an update. We also found some of the staff unhelpful. We usually enjoy hotel stays and take plenty of photos to remember the lovely time we had, on this occasion we have no photos as we couldn’t wait to check out and go home!

Not a four star experience

Liked: Superb views - bathroom ok with good toiletries- spacious room.
Disliked: Uncomfortable bed - hard pillows - only two coat hangers in wardrobe with no more on offer.
