Superb

Liked: Excellent location, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. We had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return.
Disliked: The evening meal at the Forge was disappointing, very expensive for extremely small portions. Rather than simple well cooked flavoursome food it was an over complicated menu with too many flavour combinations and not well cooked.

Great stay, friendly staff &...

Liked: Love the decor of the hotel and it had a nice friendly atmosphere. The breakfast staff were lovely especially Steve. Made us feel very welcomed. The checking in staff also were friendly and when I advised Tom it was my birthday. A card was left in our room with complimentary drinks. The room was very clean and had everything you could ask for. We had a balcony that we could sit out in the evening. Very local situation close to everything and the attractions. Breakfast was lovely. Everything tasted great. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is the room was very hot and we didn’t know how to work the thermostat properly. We got it down to 16 degrees but it wouldn’t go any lower. We didn’t ask so this is no fault of the hotel. Everything was lovely and a very enjoyable stay.

Our time at Hotel Indigo...

Liked: Hotel, room, staff and breakfast were all fabulous.
Disliked: Parking was a bit of a walk away at a multi story car park, not close by but not the end of the world.
