Generally, we where happy as...

Liked: Location was fantastic, easy to get everywhere by foot, subway or bus. We loved to be a couple of streets from Time Square without being in it, as is extremely noisy. We appreciated to be back to calm at night.
Disliked: There is no sufficient light in the rooms, one has to use the telephone light to be able to see details. The room was very small as well as the double bed size.

Disliked: Room was so little and they did not gave me the invoice of the stay. After the stay I called so many times and e-mailed them so many times but they did not bother to reply

Wouldnt go back to NY its changed

Liked: The location was good. Did like how they asked for deposit & room was already paid for, they said they need the deposit for breakages.! And this could take up to 14 days to return.!!! This day & age.
Disliked: As above. Also the roof top bar the staff were rude. And one member of staff drank from a bottle of vodka in the bar and put the vodka back & we could tell he was drunk.!

Unfortunately soured by the deposit issue.

Liked: Great location, shower really good.
Disliked: Room very small - appeared much larger in photographs. Had to pay $300 security deposit (2x150 for 2 rooms) which I was told would be refunded immediately I checked out. At checkout I was told it would take a few days .. its now over a week and Im still waiting for my refund, please explain why I havent got it.
