Liked: Great location -close to a Subway stop if you didn’t want to walk far but also walkable distance to a lot of the main tourist attractions. Rooftop bar had incredible views of the Empire State Building. We didn’t try the restaurant but it looked lovely. The room was clean and the shower was excellent! Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room was so dark! The decor was dark but the lighting was also super dim. We coped for a short stay though. Might be a bit depressing if you were staying in the room a lot!

Liked: Loved the location, staff was friendly and helpful, as well as room was spotless! The rooftop bar was an added bonus!
Disliked: Expected a better view from our room.

Disliked: Got a good deal and asked to upgrade my room by €6 and then ended up being charged over €250. What was a good deal turned into an expensive stay. Also I had to keep asking for towels and shower gel as they were never replaced after the room was clean.
