Disliked: It was in a block of apartments. No lobby. Furniture was very old. Breakfast was average not too much choice.

Liked: The location is excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Vienna. The room was spacious, and the staff were generally polite and responsive when approached.
Disliked: The hotel only occupies two floors of a larger residential building, which is not made clear in the photos. Upon arrival at 22:00, we were surprised to find a homeless person sleeping by the elevator — not the most reassuring welcome. The furnishings in the room were outdated, with one chair broken and the overall style in need of an update. The mattresses were excessively soft and offered no support, leading to back pain, and the pillows felt like thin pieces of sponge — both clearly low-cost and uncomfortable.Despite having air conditioners in the rooms, guests are not given the remote controls outside of summer months, regardless of how warm or stuffy the room is. I had to ask several times and was only given the remote after two nights of poor sleep — possibly due to the simultaneous 24-hour hot water outage caused by a burst pipe.The breakfast was extremely limited and identical each day. Most frustrating was the lack of tables — between 8:00 and 9:00, we often had to wait for others to finish in order to sit down, which is not ideal when you have morning plans.

Liked: The room was very comfortable. The only window was in the bathroom. There was a skylight in the bedroom and bathroom, but you can't look out. A bit claustrophobic like being in a box.
Disliked: The hotel had a water pipe break, which meant no hot water for a day. Nothing they could have predicted

Superb

Liked: Excellent location. The room is clean and spacious. Bathroom, too. We had a quality and cost effective taxi service to the airport., thanks to the hotel staff.

Liked: I booked this hotel during nighttime, when I asap needed to find new stay, when i was not able to get into my previouse appartment. The stuff was super nice and let us check in during nighttime, the room was really nice, clean, room service was wonderful, every night clean bedding, 24 h reception, super great location, i am very pleased and can recommend!
