Definitely would stay again - very comfortable place!

Liked: My party was late to our reservation and the staff was very attentive and nice and were still able to accommodate us. I appreciate their hospitality! We traveled 2 hours and definitely would do it again!
Disliked: Nothing.

A very central place to...

Liked: Near Penn station so easy from the airport. Modern, clean. Helpful staff. Good sized room. Quiet and excellent lift.
Disliked: WiFi didn't work in the room. Very basic breakfast with everything throw away but that's America.

This hotel has gone downhill...

Liked: I like the location and that is close to the train station.
Disliked: This was probably my third and final time staying at this hotel this time was the worst I went with a friend the AC went out in the middle of the night in one room and got up to 90° they weren't able to switch her to another room until 2:00 p.m. the next day that room is fine the other room was a handicap accessible room and the Hand sprayer did not work at one point they had three people in and finally a plumber to decide that it was not fixable there was mold and mildew all on the grout on the shower floor I don't know if the room had been swept recently but there was hair and other toenail clippings from other guests the bed was very rickety and springy and sank in the middle, and a toilet seat that was on its last leg which needed to be tightened. Luckily, this was only for two nights, but as I've said, I've stayed here before, and I won't ever stay at this hotel again it has gone downhill. I actually want my money back.Upon checking out, I overheard that they had given the room with the broken AC to someone else, and they came down to complain, and the staff acted like it was a brand-new issue.

Liked: Just the location and staff
Disliked: The hotel has deteriorated from my last time there. The first room was not cleaned. When they switched us, the second room had no AC, I had to restart the system every few hours. The table in between the beds was broken and the light in the bathroom did not work properly. Not to mention the uncomfortable bed that rolled all over.

Bad

Liked: Air condition broken. No alternative room provided. Had to check out no help given credit card still charged and ongoing hassle trying to get refund

Not recommended

Liked: Location.
Disliked: This is too expensive for this level of hotel. It was summer and the air conditioner was working very poorly. It was noisy, and at times it made very horrible sounds. Also, the air from the air conditioner was blowing directly on the bed, which created additional discomfort, and it could also be dangerous to health. Noisy isolation is terrible, you can hear everything. If you want to stay in this hotel, think twice, for the same price you will find a better option.

They are charging more money...

Liked: Location is good, rooms are clean
Disliked: They charged more money from our credit card compared to the confirmed booking.com price. 2 weeks passed from check out they accept the problem but still do not return back the money.

Uncomfortable

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Bad facilities. Specifically, the AC did not work in the room and it was June. We would avoid going to the room or stay in the lobby where it was cooler. At night, I would put ice on myself tobe able to sleep.Management did not do anything about it, did not change our room, and then never reached out.

Liked: Value for money it is probably the best thing you will get in NYc
Disliked: Breakfast could use more salty things. Too many sweets
