Definitely would stay again - very comfortable place!
Liked: My party was late to our reservation and the staff was very attentive and nice and were still able to accommodate us. I appreciate their hospitality! We traveled 2 hours and definitely would do it again!
Disliked: Nothing.

Meh at best.
Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: The whole room setup is weird, our room was warm like an oven for some reason and even when it was "fixed" it never felt like the room was cool, bed was SUPER uncomfortable, there was a lot of dust, the bathroom sink clogged up all the time and water got everywhere because our shower didn't have a door.

Poor
Disliked: The AC was not working in one room so we changed it, but the other other room the AC wasn't very good. It said 68 F but it was definitely hotter.Another room we booked was super cold and my family had to open the windows

A Quaint and Quiet Place...
Liked: This hotel is in a wonderful location for walking in many directons or seeing many areas of the city. The neighborhood has convenient shops and a grocery store. There are some rooftop bars next to the hotel.
Disliked: The internet is slow or not working with some of my apps due to speed. Tea or water could be provided throughout the day as an improvement idea.

Disliked: We checked in around 2:00 AM with my family and kids after a flight of more than 10 hours. At the front desk, the staff gave us the room keys, but there was no one available to help with our luggage, so I had to carry everything myself.When we entered the room, we found that the AC was not working, and the room was extremely hot. Despite repeatedly asking for help—either to change the room or to have the maintenance team check—it was simply said that the maintenance team would only come at 11:00 AM, and that there were no other rooms, no alternative arrangements, and not even a small fan provided.I even tried to cancel the booking, but the staff told me to cancel online. Unfortunately, all nearby hotels were fully booked, so we had no choice but to spend the night in that hot room. It was a terrible and uncomfortable night for me and my family.On the second day, the maintenance team arrived and tried to fix the issue, but they couldn’t resolve it. Only after that did the hotel finally give us another room. Thankfully, on the following day, a helpful lady at the reception assisted us properly with this matter.

Liked: The Location is nice
Disliked: 1. Most importantly, they took a couple days over a month to release the double charge on my account. I emailed and wrote them through booking probably over 10 times and they took forever to answer. They initially said the charge should be dropped in 2 weeks, but they then only answered after the charge automatically dropped after 32 days. I needed the money urgently, as I didn't expect to have a double charge being held on my bank account for so long and for nobody to do anything about it.2. When I booked the hotel I requested an extra pillow because I like to sleep with some back support and a pillow between my legs. They approved my request but then never gave me an extra pillow.3. There was a plastic sheet underneath the bedsheet, that made it feel like you are sleeping on plastic, it was extra sweaty and extra uncomfortable.4. The AC was so incredibly loud, sleeping with it on was impossible and sleeping with it off got so incredibly hot.In other words, even if I am on a tight budget, I will gladly be paying more to stay in a better hotel next time instead of dealing with unexistent customer service and no sleep at night.
