Definitely would stay again - very comfortable place!

Liked: My party was late to our reservation and the staff was very attentive and nice and were still able to accommodate us. I appreciate their hospitality! We traveled 2 hours and definitely would do it again!
Disliked: Nothing.

Have stayed here many times...

Liked: Location is great. Subway nearby.
Disliked: Having to report the AC not working each and everyday! Manager told us we couldn’t open the windows because the sensors would turnoff the AC. Each afternoon when we returned, the windows were open(obviously by housekeeping)!! Finally, on the 3rd day the engineer informed us the sensors in all the rooms had been deactivated for quite sometime and all he needed to do was flip a switch.

Disliked: The lady at the front desk was rude as soon as I walked through the door. She couldn’t find my reservation through booking, and gave me nasty attitude because of that

Disappointing

Liked: Staff.
Disliked: The name of the room "Superior King Room" was totally misleading. It turned out to be just a small room with a bed and no real space to move around, the place simply cannot charge what they do with the current facilities. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, but the breakfast was honestly one of the worst I’ve seen. That said, the person serving it was extremely kind and polite, which I really appreciated.
