Definitely would stay again - very comfortable place!

Liked: My party was late to our reservation and the staff was very attentive and nice and were still able to accommodate us. I appreciate their hospitality! We traveled 2 hours and definitely would do it again!
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was in a good location
Disliked: The AC didn’t work at all and even when we told the staff some one did come and fix it but it would work for few minutes and stop working again. The breakfast, you couldn’t even call it breakfast was very disappointing. They barely cleaned the room

Nice area, nice price.

Liked: Beautiful district, great location
Disliked: The AC in the rooms is questionable and only goes down to 68 BUT the staff fixed it quickly. The entire bathroom is also the shower.

Fine hotel, not great customer...

Liked: Fine room
Disliked: Hotel was fine, good location. But we were pretty upset because the AC wasn’t working properly. The first night it was warm in our room, then during the day it was completely off and HOT!!! We called and someone came to “fix” it. The guy just put it on FREEZING. We were unable to adjust it. Then the last night it was hot again!!!When I told the woman who checked us out on Sunday 7/13, she completely ignored me, didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

Comfortable stay in prime location...

Liked: Amazing location of the hotel, very cute street with a lot of flower shops. Also very close to Penn Station, making it easy to reach the hotel from all airports by public transport. The room and bed was comfortable and large, the bathroom too, and it seemed very clean! Convenient with the space for clothes, fridge, and safe. Friendly staff! Would recommend.
Disliked: It is convenient that breakfast is included, although it was not great. Basics are provided incl. fruits, yoghurt, pastries and coffee.

A very central place to...

Liked: Near Penn station so easy from the airport. Modern, clean. Helpful staff. Good sized room. Quiet and excellent lift.
Disliked: WiFi didn't work in the room. Very basic breakfast with everything throw away but that's America.
