Definitely would stay again - very comfortable place!

Liked: My party was late to our reservation and the staff was very attentive and nice and were still able to accommodate us. I appreciate their hospitality! We traveled 2 hours and definitely would do it again!

Disliked: "I didn't like how the staff greeted us. There was a woman at the reception. The whole staff looked unfriendly. I believe I deserve a welcoming attitude for my money. It was rude towards the customers. Also, the fridge and minibar in the room were empty. Only coffee and cups. The window handle was broken. For two days in a row, I couldn't figure out the ventilation; it was an air conditioner that a worker I called turned off, removing the ventilation grille, he turned off the icy fan. There was a lot of dust in the room, and it was cleaned before our check-in. We coughed from the dust for three days.

Liked: I love the location of this hotel. It’s a quick walk from the train station and near two different subway lines.
Disliked: Our room was right next to the housekeeping closet and in the afternoon when we were relaxing between activities it was noisy- doors banging, conversations. There was also no safe in the room. It looked like there was one removed. Room liked like it had some unfinished construction.
