Okay Ok for the price....

Liked: The gentleman who was on duty when we arrived was very accommodating, as were the other staff. The location and price were good for a cheap night's stay. The radiators worked well in the bedroom.
Disliked: The property is very quaint but the remodeling to make it more modern is now very tired and old fashioned. One needed more electric lights in the bedroom and the light fittings that were used could have been a lot brighter and some were on an automatic on/off switch when you walked by which is not really necessary in the age of LED light bulbs inside the bedroom area.

Liked: Location was downtown, but away from noisy attractions. Room was clean, simple, had the basics. Nice sized bathroom. If it wasn't for the dislikes below, I'd stay there again.
Disliked: I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A QUIET ROOM AND GOT THE NOISIEST ONE - RIGHT NEXT TO THE STAIRS AND 1ST FLOOR HALLWAY. SERIOUSLY? I could hear everyone who came in late, left early & yapped while walking up the creaking stairway.TV remote didn't work. Thankfully I grew up having to go to the TV to change the channels, so not tragic, but it was a pain. No blackout curtains. Had to pull the thin curtains over & rig them to the wall with my handbag to not have the street lights shine on my face all night.

Liked: Perfect location. Free parking place a front of the house. Good breakfast.
Disliked: It's a bit of an old fashioned place and definitely bathroom is like 80' . Good thing is an garden to sit for a drink any time you want.

Liked: Very comfortable beds. Large room, beautiful old building, very friendly and helpful staff and owner
Disliked: I thought we had breakfast included and it turned out it wasn’t the case, but that was my own mistake
