Liked: I was amazed by the professional attitude of the lady at reception. She was very friendly, knowledgeble and representative. She gave us all needed tips and tricks to maximize enjoyment of our stay in Saarbrücken. She showed that hospitality is not a skill that everyone can learn, but she proved with her actions that hospitality is a spirit, you need to be born for.

Passable for one night. Would not return.

Liked: Close to the train and bus station. Free parking. Lady on reception helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast included but no one around to open up the room and put out the breakfast. Hotel in a rundown neighbourhood a long way out of town. Dcor a bit dated and towels paper thin.

Liked: It's an old hotel that would need some renovations and fixer-uppers here and there, but it's clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are rather big. Nice receptionists.
