I won't come back here...
Liked: Nice manager and Great staff
Disliked: Breakfast was like having no options for me, only one type of cheese, very few sweet options, very repetitive, boring, too boring. I stayed for 9 days and I had waffle and coffee everyday. There were too many problems too solve in a room, problem with the shower, batheroom door, telephone and Privacy. They entered my room twice without my permission. The location was ok but not the best. No YOUTUBE on TV, so too boring to stay in room. Horrible gym, no pool. It is said the wifi is good but first night, there was no connection at all. It is said the size of rooms are standard but there are big and small double rooms! I reserved it on booking from Brazil and I paid almost 150 euros for each night. Too expensive for this quality

Barely a 3 star, I...
Liked: Worst 4 stars ever, breakfast expensive for what is offered, no clear instructions for Wi-fi, too warm room, unprepared staff, dodgy forms that requests for email address and them spamming you with junk comms. It is barely a three stars, even the lack of coffee or kettle, as well as an additional proper bed for children complete the picture of this hotel. Not to be disregarded the complete absence of luggage storage tags, and stored in a disused meeting room. Avoid this place.

Liked: Good place for a fairly reasonable price, you can walk to the center (for example Stephansplatz, about 3 km), there is also a tram passing by the hotel. The room was not big, but sufficient and has everything you need, I liked that there was a bathtub.

Disliked: Terrible experience. The reception staff's incompetence with invoices made my stay frustrating and unprofessional. While I appreciate that they accommodated my request to shorten my stay, the invoicing process was a mess. Despite asking multiple times over several days, I was repeatedly told to "come back later," as only a few receptionists seemed capable of handling it.The evening before my check-out, the receptionist was arrogant, unhelpful, and dismissive, making me wait a long time before finally admitting he couldn’t issue the invoice. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable for a hotel catering to business travelers.While some staff members were helpful, the overall experience was ruined. I won’t be staying again.As for the room and accommodations, it was very noisy—the sound insulation from other rooms and the corridor was terrible. Additionally, there was no kettle in the room.
