Bad customer service

Disliked: Wish I could rate this property properly but they refused to move our booking by one night even though we were stuck in a tornado and unable to make it safely. Customer service staff gave us the run around making us contact multiple people when they knew the answer would be no.

Disliked: On site restaurant. Expensive and not worth the value.

loved our stay and everything...

Liked: perfect location and great amenities and location!
Disliked: our AC seemed to be fiffy, completely stopped working one night then randomly came back on

Lovely place to stay

Liked: I love the hotel and personnel’s are so kind and helpful and hotel is super clean and close to a fun village for the kids and adults.
