We had a wonderful stay. Room was great and the location to get to almost any tourist attraction is perfect. I always love to stay at this hotel.

Perfect location and accommodations for...

Liked: For a large family group that included some first-timers to NYC, the location close to Times Square and the theater district was perfect. We also appreciated the security and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast options were really good.
Disliked: It has a little wear and tear and could use some remodeling, but nothing majorly wrong.

Liked: Location is great. Walking distance to Broadway Theaters and Broadway. Also loved singing waiters at Friedman’s and the Rum Bar has great jazz.
Disliked: Smaller rooms but that’s New York City
