We had a wonderful stay. Room was great and the location to get to almost any tourist attraction is perfect. I always love to stay at this hotel.

Liked: Great location (47th and Broadway), just minutes from all Broadway theaters. The room was very clean, and the staff were super helpful, especially the maids on the 16th floor.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than expected, and the air conditioning was extremely loud and cold. Despite our efforts to adjust it, we were unsuccessful and ended up getting sick with colds and sore neck muscles.
