Liked: Wonderful staff.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was great and the location to get to almost any tourist attraction is perfect. I always love to stay at this hotel.

Liked: Staff was very helpful with questions about how to get to places, where to eat etc. - had a great stay.

Disliked: No refrigerator in room. With all the great restaurants around, we would have loved to store leftovers.

Disliked: Night staff (a man ) was terrible, it it wasnt too late I would definetely change the hotel. Breakfast was average, it could be served better.

Liked: Location is so good, right in the heart of New York.Staff were friendly and helpful. The feel of the hotel is lovely.Breakfast included was a bonus for us, one less thing to think about.
Disliked: Can be a little noisy in the evening, we were on the 8th floor and heard quite a bit of street noise, but that’s to be expected in a busy city like New York.

Great location, friendly staff but...

Liked: Friendly staff, relatively big rooms and triple A location.
Disliked: Breakfast was included but very limited, rooms desperately need maintenance: roller blind was broken, wallpaper loose and nasty stains on the walls. The shower and toilet had no seperation of curtain, so after a shower everything is wet.
