Pleasant stay and convenient for...

Liked: Great location, very central, good value evening meal. Bed very comfortable. Complimentary water. Toiletries very good quality
Disliked: Shower was over the bath which was quite high so not so easy to step in/out.Coffee in bar disappointing- small cups and not very warmNo lift and we had several suitcases to carry to 1st floor. Offered help on departure.

Liked: The garden suites are delightful, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Excellent all round
Disliked: The lack of mixer taps in the bathroom and the fixed head shower

Lovely Stay in Winchester Hampshire

Liked: The place was pristine but the staff was just amazing. The location is and would be hard to beat in Winchester.
Disliked: Leaving!!!!!!
