Our stay was very pleasant...

Liked: Great location & attractive gardens & decor. Very pleasant & polite staff.
Disliked: Couldn’t open our bedroom window for fresh air. Room v small. No loo-brush in bathroom.

Excellent relaxing mini break in...

Liked: The location was excellent, and the staff were so very helpful. Nice breakfast too. The bedroom decor was very tasteful. Good standard of cleanliness.
Disliked: No lift as Grade II building

Disliked: Room we had faced the street and the traffic is busy.

Disliked: No electric charger. Not as special as it used to be.

Disliked: Coffee / drinks for the meeting room could have been better I believe that it is unacceptable for residents to be charged £10.00 to parking.

Lovely hotel but expensive

Liked: Lovely hotel and were upgraded after requesting a walk in shower due to a recent hip replacement . Room was nice as was the bathroom.
Disliked: The price of a breakfast was £22pp which I thought excessive so we cancelled breakfast as lots of choice nearby. Drinks in the hotel bar were very pricey - pint of lager and large glass of wine was £27 needless to say we went to the nearest pub for a drink, same drinks cost under £9 !
