Liked: The car parking arrangements, the room, the comfy bed, the staff, the breakfast. It has a nice outside area where you can have a drink.
Disliked: We did have a problem with our shower. The staff were very apologetic and anxious to resolve it.

Disliked: Secondary glazing didn't reduce road noise. Overpriced for what it was. Bathroom mirror not heated so was steamed up for agesPillows not very comfy

Liked: The breakfast was acceptable and service reasonable except when dining room was full.
Disliked: Not possible to open sash windows in bedroom. Comparatively small room with little space to move due to large furniture, bath in bedroom and chairs. Shower room had no grab rails and access was difficult. No space in either shower room or separate W.C. for toiletries. Hotel’s arrangements for reserved car parking spaces at a charge of £15 per day, was chaotic and totally disregarded by visitors, making it impossible to park.

Liked: The location was excellent, with a designated parking place too - wonderful in the city centre. The room was comfortable, the bed huge and the bathroom facilities excellent - my favourite soap
Disliked: Some areas of the hotel needed repair - the woodwork on our exterior windowsill for example was rotten! There is no lift - not so good if you have a lot of luggage although the staff help
