Great but disappointing in areas.

Liked: Great location and very central.
Disliked: The room clean was shoddy, bar staff didn’t know when the kitchen open/closed and nobody could work/fix the chrome cast in the room.

Excellent Stay, Location really good!

Liked: We were late getting into the restaurant, and quite hungry, and the bar staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were fed and watered. The room was fantastic, the stay was definitely a good choice, and good value for our money!

Liked: Markedly better on all fronts compared with a brief stay some years ago.
