Great hotel!

Liked: Very smart, lovely decoration, easy to walk around the sea front. Cleanliness, friendly and competent staff.
Disliked: Car Park , very small parking spaces!

A superlative experience from start...

Liked: Travelled for 25th Wedding Anniversary. All the staff were so lovely and arranged for treats for us. Everyone was extremely courteous and polite especially Ann in the restaurant. Great hotel, great service, great food. Overall a fantastic experience provided by the whole team.

Liked: Room ok, dinner Luke warm in room, no lift, on departure no help with case, expensive for what it was.no lounge for visitors only bar downstairs

It is a lovely building...

Liked: The pet friendly aspect was excellent. Food bowls, dog bed and a goody bag for her. The bed was really comfortable. The room was surgically clean. It was a nice touch to have coffee machine and kettle provided. The hotel was very good about suppressing noise from outside or other guests.
Disliked: I don’t like the way that the main courses didn’t come with vegetables, and that these were classed as ‘sides’ and extra charged for them

Liked: This is a charming hotel right in the centre of old Pool. The staff were friendly. We eat in the restaurant where the food was excellent but the restaurant was under staffed for such an expensive meal.Overall a lovely hotel but a bit pricey.
Disliked: The lack of staff in the restaurant.
