Liked: Great location, wonderful room. There was a bit of confusion (mis-communication between staff) on whether I needed to move rooms during my stay, and staff went out of their way to make up for any problem.

Disliked: Looked dark & dingy at night with ill fitting carpets & squeaky staircase to an attic room. No synthetic bedding as housekeeping had retired.

Friendly staff in a characterful...

Liked: Full of character, great location for Fitzwilliam Museum and centre
Disliked: Some facilities like AC and lift out of order
