Very good

Liked: The location was central, staff were friendly, good breakfast.
Disliked: No tea/coffee in the room, no bar in the hotel.

11 of us stayed in...

Liked: Breakfast is average. Room is large. Location is very good. I can walk or go by bus to Lucern Train Station. Aldi & Scoop Supermarkets are very close to the hotel.
Disliked: It would be nice to have a computer chair in the room

Nice stay!

Liked: Best service ever! We really enjoyed our stay there . Room was very clean and quiet. Nice views from the window. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Very convenient location. You can walk to the restaurants and train station. Would definitely go again.
Disliked: No gluten free bread in the breakfast (we didn’t request it in advance).

We enjoyed our time here....

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable but outdated decor. Great staff and location. Great value for the area.
Disliked: Dated furnishings.

Staff was very nice and...

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful. Property was located in a good area.
Disliked: The pillows were very bulky and not comfortable. They had a weird shape.Very less options especially for vegetarian. Could have included more local food options

Good

Liked: Good location - short bus ride from the station. Spacious room with basic facilities - you can carry up your own hot water from the reception. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The bathroom still had hair in it from the previous guests. Would have been nice to not have to carry up hot water to our room.
