Superb

Liked: I liked the size of the room and the view.
Disliked: I wish there was a breakfast option.

Great price for the night!...

Liked: Great location, lots of great restaurants and Mass MoCA is in walking distance, which was the purpose of our trip.
Disliked: The beds were ok, but not very comfortable. Fine for one night's stay, just a little too hard and small for two people.

Modern, bright super comfy sleep...

Liked: There was none. Just bland coffee tea or lemon water.
Disliked: I think this hotel should serve a simple and varied breakfast or should hav3 it own restaurant in the bldg.

Disappointing, but good location

Liked: Location; near Mass MoCA and downtown Staff was friendly
Disliked: Two pieces of broken furniture in our room; one piece had duck tape on it. Paint peeling off wall near windowSpent 45 minutes on the phone with hotel IT trying to connect with internet after successfully logging on the day before; hotel staff had no ability to troubleshoot or help; referred me to external vendor that wasn’t familiar with the property and couldn’t help after 45 minutes of waiting/talking. I had a work deadline and had to request extension because no internet.

Disliked: overall quality of the room didn’t match up with the price.

Liked: I love everything about this place, from the location, the rooms, but the staff who are always friendly. To meeting a young lady last night who remembers me living in the area when I was younger… this place will always be my home
Disliked: Shower wall wasn’t clean
