Disliked: TV in adjoining room very loud all evening and well after midnight. Guest would not turn it down. Management called and requested he turn it down. He did not. Management offered a quiet room on another floor that we eventually moved to after midnight. I guess the management did all they could to get the guest to turn down the TV, but we did loose sleep and our stay was not as pleasant as previous visits.Also, the remote did not work unless we were one foot from the sensor on the TV. Desk did not have new batteries handy, and even when they took some from the lounge TV remote, it did not fix the problem. This is the second of 4 stays when we had unfixable problems with the remote. The remotes should be quickly checked by housekeeping to ensure they are operating properly before they leave each room after cleaning.

Liked: Nice downtown location. Attached restaurant was very good and convenient. would recommend.
Disliked: No pool towels available. A quick breakfast coffee muffins juice in lobby would be nice.

Delightful Experience Indeed

Liked: Two different flavored waters offered in the front lobby. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Microwave and mini fridge. Plenty of available TV channels and outlets to charge devices. Location was awesome and extremely comfy lounge with many plush chairs and lots of books.
Disliked: No breakfast, no take home toiletries. Mirror in a WIERD spot on the wall, so you have to see yourself in the bed and no digital clock to check the time.
