Liked: Great location! The room was a little bit small for three persons. The breakfast was ok. The gyus at the reception were fantastic, very kind and helpful.

Liked: Great location in to the Gothic area, close to all the walking areas with bars, shops and restaurants, but on a small and not a nosy street. The staff was very friendly!
Disliked: King size bed option was based on a two single beds close to each other and this was not very comfortable.

Poor show!

Liked: The location was excellent
Disliked: The TV in our room fell from the wall just before we went to bed. I had to dress and go to reception to report this. We had to change rooms, very inconvenient and the morning receptionist did not even apologise to us for the considerable inconvenience. Not great customer care. Our second room was very very noisy. I do not think I will be returning to this hotel.
