overall is ok

Liked: Location is very good near the big station. the room also quite big. the bathroom was clean and tidy
Disliked: The Staff was no good, what he said and what he did is for us is unrelated and unhelpful. I am coming with my mum and the staff asked us to use stairs out of backdoor which is so bad especially erderly people. Even actually We can use the main stairs.

Liked: Staff are very kind , location is good near to Centrale ,Just the room is not comfortable , you can hear people and cars in the straight, no air conditioner, the heater was on even the temperature outside is like 20 degrees and the safety box is broken
