Hotel Deco

We really enjoyed our stay - the staff and customer service were excellent. The sleeping arrangements were incredibly comfortable and the room was clean. Our only complaint would have been that the restroom water pressure was kind of lacking, it wasn't impossible to take a shower but it wasn't super convenient. We loved our experiences at the hotel bar and restaurant - the food is excellent. Overall I'd say it was a nice place to stay overnight in Omaha.

Liked: Bed was good, location was great. Doorman were exceptional.
Disliked: Checking in the man in charge, his english was very poor, we could hardly understand him. Couldn't figure out the shower, my lady had to just, "wash up" in the shower because the water was soooo hot. We called downstairs, they put us on hold to the maintenance man who never took are call.

Nightmare at the Deco

Liked: The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable
Disliked: We were put in a room overlooking the road. There happened to be work being done so we were woke up quite early. I've noticed that when I use booking.com I am put in the worse rooms the hotels have to offer. I refuse to believe it's a coincidence. I checked the website prior to booking and saw nothing mentioned about a deposit. Upon checking in I was told there was an $100 incidental charge. I had just been released from the hospital and few hours prior to arriving and didn't want to deal with the inconvenience of trying to find other accommodations.
