Relaxing short break away from...

Liked: Surrounded by nature you immediatly feel relaxed. The building is impressive and offers lots of things to do.

Second time for the family...

Liked: The location, the breakfast, lunch and dinner, the kindness of the staff. The facilities (swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts..)

Liked: Nice hotel at a beautiful location. nice rooms good staff and good breakfast, Restaurant is ok, new restaurant manager has started recently, so the restaurant will be better, I assume

Disliked: During our stay in January, the heating was not working on the entire floor, resulting in extremely cold conditions in our room. The heating was out for two nights during our four-day stay. Two members of our team returned from our business trip with severe colds, preventing them from going to work. We found this to be very unprofessional. During dinner, the room was unpleasantly messy, with tables not cleaned, crumbs on the chairs and tables, and glasses that were smudged. The hotel offered us free breakfast as an apology for the heating issue, but unfortunately, that doesn't compensate for our employees' health. I cannot recommend this hotel until they improve their service and attitude towards guests
