Liked: The location was perfect, close to the central station and a few minutes of walk to the centre. Many restaurants in the area.
Disliked: The shower was very small and warm water seemed to stop at times.

Terrible and dirty hotel. Disgusting!

Liked: The central location. Gave us the room before check in time without extra charges.
Disliked: Almost everything. Extremely dirty!!! We found clumps of hair from the previous visitor! Furthermore, we also found a pair of someone else’s dirty socks on the floor! Photos for evidence. The curtains were last washed in the 60s I think. Disgusting! The lift doesn’t work properly. They try to force you to pay by cash as soon as you arrive. No shower gel or shampoos. And no hot water either. Reception accused us of using all the hotel’s hot water 5 minutes after we arrived. Terrible. Not enough towels for all the occupants when we arrived. Was remedied, however. They allowed us to leave the luggage after check out, but didn’t allow us to use the toilet before our journey home.
