Superb

Excellent stay.

Liked: The property was close to everything and central. The rooms were lovely and quiet. The staff were lovely and friendly.
Disliked: I would have liked a fridge and milk in the room so I could make tea.

Liked: Central location within walking distance to all major quarters of Paris.
Disliked: Can be noisy some nights because it is around the block as trash pickup for the Seminarie department store.

Disliked: Loft bathroom a bit inconvenient in room 503 which is the top floor. Access via a narrow and steep staircaseOk for myself at 58 years old but not good for older guests.

Liked: 1. Excellent location. Walkable to many sites and restaurants. Short walk to subway and bus stops.2. Really friendly and helpful staff.3. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: 1. The room was very small. But hey, this is Paris, and for the price, right next to the Louvre, we were expecting small.2. Sound from outside did interfere with sleep. The owners could improve this by replacing the windows. A relatively small expense to improve their guest experience.
