Quiet hotel in a good...

Liked: Location is very good. Quiet despite in a busy area in the old town. Helpful reception team.
Disliked: Price a bit high for a basic room.

Awesome stay in Lucerne

Liked: Location was perfect. Very clean. Courteous staff. Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Slightly firmer pillows would be nice but just nitpicking.

Liked: Free English breakfast tea! We’ve been on trip through Italy & Switzerland and this was the first place that provided English tea & included in price, as well as having beautiful tap water! We were very grateful for both!
Disliked: Perhaps some staff could be more friendly.. some good, some really not!
