Liked: location was great Breakfast and the lady there was very helpful and polite
Disliked: The room was not clean as as I was expected , I have asked for a towel , I have been told its 5 euro for one towel.I have asked them to clean the room , They said we clean it every 3 das, which I was chocked of . the third day when they clean it, It was not clean and they didn't change the bed sheet . The forth day we slept in the same bed sheet unfortunately . I was not happy

Liked: Central location was great.
Disliked: It is very difficult to find as it doesn’t have a clear sign at the front outside. The service was poor, almost non-existent.

Disliked: They literally should not be working in hotel ser ice if they don't respect the customers, pathetic service, and were demanding money for everything

Liked: Breakfast was nothing to remember.The location was exceptional.
Disliked: I hesitated to submit our views. It was our 4th visit to Prague and likely our last travels- and what a disappointment to end a month in Poland and Czech Republic like this!Dar advised in writing their taxi delivers us to the front desk- not true as we were dropped by the taxi, away from the hotel, with the excuse he couldn’t help us with the luggage, as parking was prohibited. He gave us a vague direction, walk down, turn right, the hotel is just there.He charged much more than standard-750CZK from the train station to where he left us. Booking.com taxi charged us 21£ (615CZK)from Dar to the airport and picked us up at the hotel door.We advised the owner and reception and to today no response.I am on crutches, which Dar was aware of, and it was a battle over the cobblestones with our luggage. In the end building contractors working directly opposite the hotel and direct neighbours said they had never heard of Dar. We showed them the address and only then could they help us. Then only did we all see the name on top windows, asif sandblasted and definitely not clearly and proudly noticable.Upon arrival I was exhausted and asked reception for water- the lady said no and pointed to a dispenser and said I could buy some.So far the experience was extremely disappointing and we wanted to see the rooms before we settled in. The lady said definitely not, pay first.My husband said he would go up with her. The lady said I couldn’t wait there and she pointed me to a dark passage with a timer light. I objected because our luggage was in the reception area and she said there were cameras monitoring.On another occasion my husband came in from outside and asked to use the toilets and the lady said no, he could go to the restaurant or to our room on 2nd floor. My husband is 78 years old, fit and active but needed the toilet urgently.The hotel has a lift but definitely not disabled friendly- a wheelchair cannot enter either of the doors.Breakfast plenty but dull.
