Liked: Alsace staff were professional & helpful.The hotel was clean with good comfort. From Alsace, you can reach visit different places by bus or metro.

Ideal location, comfortable rooms

Liked: We had a late check in. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was comfortable and clean. I chose the hotel because of its proximity to Gare L'Est as we had an early morning train and it was literally a 2 minute walk away.
Disliked: The mattress was a bit too firm for me, but may suit others. I would have liked some pots of milk on the tea/coffee tray. The lift is very small and doesn't go to the very top of the building, so my colleague had to walk up 6 flights of stairs.

Liked: We stayed here for a 1 day visit of Paris in our ongoing journey. The distance to the train station was super convenient. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. Overall a good value for money, I would definitely recommend for a short trip.

Disliked: Room location not great as it was dark that I had to keep the lights on day and night.
