Liked: Close to the Subway
Disliked: Hôtel and rooms need revamping, no amenities , the bathroom had no room to put our things. One pillow only.

Does the job - definitely...

Liked: Staff: those who we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. Room: was large and clean, staff supplied additional pillows when requestedValue: Very good price for getting in and out of central Milan (relatively close/20 minute walk from underground )
Disliked: Location: surrounding area is very barren and dark - would not have been comfortable walking between these at night alone. Very few amenities nearbyRoom: AC was not functional, and overall felt very basic and slightly run down, no fridge.

Liked: Terrible experience. We were given a room with a broken AC during hot and humid weather. We were traveling as a family with two kids, including an infant with health issues, and were forced to stay in extremely uncomfortable conditions. When we asked for a room change or repair, the receptionist said it wasn’t possible due to no availability and no engineers being present because of Easter holidays.The management was unhelpful and showed no concern for our situation, especially considering our disabled child. Completely unacceptable and inhumane treatment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and expect a full refund for this distressing experience.
