Liked: Location was superb. The room was comfortable - superb bed. The air conditioning didn't work very well which was our only complaint. The room was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Lack of good air con.

Lovely hotel in amazing location.

Liked: Amazing location, close to all main sites and transport links. Room was clean and modern, and exceeded expectations given star rating and relatively cheap cost for the location. Comfortable bed and room was quiet. Reception staff were also great, really helpful, chatty and really made us feel welcome - special shout out to the long haired girl (sorry forgot name) as she gave us a rose for Sant Jorgis day! The air con system was old and wasn’t very powerful but was able to open windows, and was adequate for stay. Previous reviews have commented on the deposit for the hotel, this is €100 per room per stay, it’s a hold payment and I got it back the following day without issue. There is also a tourist tax which is applicable across Europe at €5 per person per night.
Disliked: The room did not have access to tea or coffee making facilities - as typical Brits we can’t start the day without a cup of tea!
