wonderful staff...well kept property, excellent...

Liked: breakfast was wonderful....well kept property....nice and clean......excellent staff..
Disliked: room was too small for 2 people and a small dog....we couldn't pass each other in many places....not many places to eat out....Ruby Tuesday was totally unacceptable but no choice if you didn't want to drive.

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The heater, in our room, had a really bad smell. We had to keep it off and use extra blankets.

Liked: When we arrived, I had not brought my blow drier, I went and asked at front desk, they were very friendly, I had a drier in minutes. When we went to turn on TV, there was no remote, back to front desk Got one, all Good!!! Staff very friendly and nice.
Disliked: The only chair that was available was the office chair at desk, I would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in. Rearrange the breakfast counter to have everything together, I missed the waffle machine because it was not visible.

Disliked: The 100 dollar damage deposit..when it says online only 25-30As well as I tried calling the hotel and no one answers.

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We were woken up by the ice machine outside our room all night. A security deposit was placed on my credit card at check in. I was charged $138.90 Canadian dollars but when the charge was reversed I only received $130 back so I was out almost $9!!!!!
