Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff. Very attuned to guests’ needs. The concierge, Huberto, is all a concierge should be: he goes the extra mile. TjNk you, Huberto, from John, Julia (18), and Henry (15) from Massachusetts.

Liked: One word - perfect! This is probably one of the nicest Hotels I have stayed at. What stands out most is the amazing staff that makes you truly feel welcome and look after your every needs. A big thank you to the team at the Colonnade. The rooms where super comfy and very spacious. They were well appointed and also the location is fantastic with a lot of great shops, restaurants and bars around. All around a fantastic stay.

Its a good hotel, with...
Liked: Excellent position, right next to the shopping street (Miracle Mile)
Disliked: A lot of “empty space”. As soon as you enter the building there is no hotel’s reception, you first need to take an elevator to the second floor. A bit odd, it makes you feel like the building is not designed for the hotel alone, but there are also offices / appartments there. Furthermore, our room (325) was very far from the lobby/reception, it took us a few minutes of walking through the corridors for reaching it each time. Be sure to ask a room which is possibly not too far from the elevators.
